Dr hab of health science Mariola Głowacka, a professor of the University was appointed by the Minister of Health to be Chairwoman of the Team to develop changes in standards of education for preparation to work as a nurse and midwife.

Team tasks included the development of a proposal for amendment of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s regulation from 26th July 2019 concerning standards of education for preparation to work as a doctor, dental surgeon, pharmacist, nurse, midwife, laboratory diagnostician, physiotherapist, and paramedic (Journal of Laws position 755 of 2021 and from position 157 of 2022) regarding standards of education for preparation to work as nurse and midwife, including especially: 1) review and presentation of proposal of changes and set of educational outcomes regarding knowledge and skills with regard of regulate it to current needs of labour market;
2) specifying the professional competence of graduates of first-cycle studies and second-cycle studies
3) development of proposals of changes in specific groups of studies directed toward classes shaping practical skills, including practical classes and work placement.
