Project titled “A box for a Compatriot” assumes help and support for Polish people, who due to turbulent history of our nation, found themselves outside our country. In this year the project is realized in Moldova and Ukraine. Packs will be send to partner cities of Płock, Bălți and Zhytomyr. Out of concern for our people with really hard financial situation, the Mazovian Academy in Płock encourages to take part in action.
Moldova is one of the poorest countries in Europe and Ukraine for several months defends itself from Russia.
To those involved into charity collection, joined also our academy, and prof. Maciej Słodki – Rector of the Mazovian Academy in Płock embraced the action with honorary patronage.
The organisators of action assigned our academy the collection of canned food, oil and sweets. We ask to check the date of expire of groceries. On area of the Academy we set three boxes (connecting room in building on Dąbrowski Square, agora in building at Gałczyński street, Student House.)
