The Olympic Center in Warsaw was the venue for the „Personnel of the Future – Personnel for Industry” conference, organized by the Industrial Development Agency.
In the panel „Hybrid work – yes, but is it inevitable? How organizations should prepare their management systems to increase the efficiency of work in the hybrid model”, among the experts was Dr. Andrzej Kansy, professor of the Mazovian Academy in Płock, vice-rector for student affairs and didactics.
In his speech, he noted that hybrid work provides new opportunities such as flexibility or working from different locations on the same project. As a representative of the scientific world, he stressed that schools and universities have mostly passed the pandemic period well and developed new solutions during this period. On the other hand, they should teach remote work in the future.
There is no turning back from hybrid work. Even if today we can’t imagine the remote or hybrid element in certain sectors, it will reveal itself tomorrow,” Professor Andrzej Kansy concluded his speech.
