The most dedicated, academically accomplished students, who proudly represent the Mazovian Academy in Płock, were honored by the Rector.
Professor Maciej Słodki, the Rector of the Mazovian Academy in Płock, along with dr hab. Andrzej Kansym, Vice-Rector of Student Affairs and Didactics, a professor at the Mazovian Academy, presented awards to students actively involved in academic life and the local community.
The awards have been given for the fifth time. A total of 44 individuals earned this recognition. Each awardee received a commemorative diploma and a gift voucher worth 150 PLN.
– You are great ambassadors for the University because newly admitted students identify current students and graduates as the main source of information about our offerings,” said Rector prof. dr hab. n. med. Maciej Słodki. „I am very pleased that these opinions are positive. To a large extent, it’s up to you, the leaders, how our Academy will be perceived.”
The awards were granted for actions such as:
participation in promotional activities, e.g., open days and adaptation days, educational fairs, meetings in high schools.
representing the University at city events (e.g., as part of the ceremonial procession).
organizing charitable initiatives.
active engagement for the University in student scientific circles.
participation in symposiums and scientific conferences.
