The next edition of the International Conference is behind us. „New Dimension of Philology – Languages, Literature, Linguistics, Culture” organized annually by the Department of Philology.
INNOVATIVE DIMENTION OF FILOLOGY
Each time the event took place online. Again, it was a forum for teachers, researchers, scientists, and students to exchange views, thoughts, and present the results of research in relation to various issues related to languages, literature, linguistics, and culture appearing in the name of the conference. As the title of the event suggests, they were jointly looking for a new, innovative, and perhaps even unexpected dimension of philology.
INTERNATIONAL TEAM
As in previous years, this year’s edition was attended by representatives from other countries (20 this year) and many centers in Poland. We had the pleasure of hosting people from Algeria, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Egypt, the Philippines, Georgia, Spain, India, Ireland, Canada, Latvia, Malaysia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA.

Poland, on the other hand, was represented by participants from universities such as: University of Gdańsk, Nicolaus Copernicus University, University of Szczecin, University of Łódź, University of Rzeszów, University of Warsaw, University of Wrocław, University of Opole, Jagiellonian University, University of Silesia, Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, UMCS in Lublin, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Pedagogical University in Krakow, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, University in Bielsko-Biała, Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, University of Białystok, University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce, College Of Justice in Warsaw, College of Engineering and Health in Warsaw, Academy of Applied Sciences in Konin, University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała, Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź, WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza, State Vocational University of Ignacy Mościcki in Ciechanów, Poznań Polytechnic of Technology, Podhale State Vocational University in Nowy Targ, and the Mazovian Academy in Płock.
74 people attended the conference and 62 speeches were presented.
