The Mazovian Academy in Płock, for the second time in its history and the first time under a new name, will host the Congress of the Forum of Vocational Universities of the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland.
From November 3 to 6, 2022, our university will welcome student self-government representatives from 22 vocational universities across the country.
What is the Forum of Vocational Universities of the SP RP?
The Forum of Vocational Universities is a Branch Commission of the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland and constitutes a formal association of Student Self-Governments of Public Vocational Universities. The tasks of the Forum include, among others, giving opinions on draft legal acts forwarded through the Student Parliament of the Republic of Poland, developing cooperation and strengthening ties between student self-governments from different academic centers, representing the interests of students to public administration authorities, supporting student projects nationwide, and initiating actions for the student community.
What awaits guests from other universities?
During the Convention, Students will deliberate on important topics related to the PSRP Industry Committee. Valuable training and workshops are also an integral part of the meeting, during which the Local Governments will gain new knowledge and skills. In addition, they will have the opportunity to learn about the innermost nooks and crannies of the princely city of Płock, as well as visit our university.
The XXXVII Forum of Vocational Universities is under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of the City of Płock Andrzej Nowakowski.
